FIDELITY-Time-Domain Full 3D EM Simulator
FIDELITY is a full-wave and conformal FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain) EM Simulator for complicated 3D structures of arbitrary shape and materials. It has a wide range of applications in the design of microwave circuits, RF printed circuits, comb-line filters, microstrip antenna, horn antennas, slotted-waveguide antennas, wireless/RF antennas, IC packaging, EMC and EMI structures, biomedical effects of EM waves, and other high-speed and high-frequency circuitry.
MDSPICE-Mixed Frequency and Time Domain SPICE Simulator
MDSPICE is a mixed frequency and time domain SPICE simulator containing a time-domain simulation engine and a frequency-domain simulation engine. The most significant feature of MDSPICE is that it can perform robust, accurate, and efficient time-domain simulation based upon frequency-domain s-parameters. It also has a broadband SPICE model extraction capability of coupled transmission lines and interconnects. MDSPICE is particularly useful in modeling high-speed digital circuits and high-frequency nonlinear devices.

COCAFIL-Waveguide Filter Design Suite
COCAFIL is a mode-matching based CAD suite for accurate, fast analysis and synthesis of waveguide coupled-cavity filters for wireless communications, local multi-point distribution systems (LMDS), microwave/millimeter-wave systems, and radar systems. Any RF, microwave, and antenna engineers will need COCAFIL and find it useful and powerful in their filter design. FilterSyn
FilterSyn is a planar/coaxial filter synthesis module for IE3DLibrary.
It includes 25 types of commonly used microstrip low-pass, bandpass,
and bandstop filters, and coupled-bar combline and interdigital bandpass
filters. The module uses accurate analytical models and allows fast
simulation and synthesis of high performance filters. The synthesis
comes with Genetic Algorithm based optimization. Each filter can be
simulated and synthesized on the module and exported to IE3D as an IE3DLibrary
object for full-wave electromagnetic simulation and optimization with
little modification. Also, the module can be invoked from a layout environment.
The bi-directional operation of the module makes its use extremely easy,
flexible, and efficient. The module has been used to simulate and synthesize
many examples and proven to be accurate by extensive experimental verifications.
Because of its high accuracy and efficiency, friendly user interface,
and great flexibility, the module will be an invaluable tool for RF,
microwave, and antenna engineers.

SpiralSyn-Spiral Inductor and Transformer Analysis and Synthesis
SpiralSyn is an IE3D engine driven spiral synthesis module for the IE3Dlibrary. It allows a user to create and edit parameterized spiral inductors and transformers. A user can invoke the IE3D engine to simulate the parameterized objects directly inside the module. It also allows the user to synthesize an object based upon the specified L-value.
LineGauge-Transmission Line Analysis and Synthesis
LineGauge is a complete transmission line design tool to aid in high-frequency circuit design. It performs analysis and synthesis of single and coupled transmission lines.
